Noémie Legrand (Noé) is a French singer/songwriter raised between Hong Kong and Aix en Provence, France. After graduating from Berklee College of Music, she moved to LA to pursue music both as a songwriter and artist. Noé has proven herself to be a very versatile and prolific writer, writing for urban, R&B, Pop, and Indie/Alternative artists, with releases by Trevor Jackson, PnB Rock & NGHTMRE, Cierra Ramirez, and a big TV and radio sync for brand Shari’s Berries. Her EDM feature “Meet Me” with Mickey Valen gathered over 100M streams across platforms, and she also released her own debut EP “ibynoé”.
