Paris Carney is an LA-based songwriter, artist, and vocal producer who has enjoyed success in multiple roles and genres throughout her career, refusing to be boxed into any one specific lane. Initially leaving jazz school in NYC to join the Interscope-signed band CARNEY with her brothers Reeve (of Broadway’s Hadestown and Spiderman) and guitar virtuoso Zane (John Mayer and Thundercat), Paris later settled in LA and began to focus on songwriting as she dabbled in singing backing vocals for the likes of the Jonas Brothers, Hailee Steinfeld, and Lykke Li. Now singularly focused on writing for outside projects, Paris has become a strong ally for artists in helping unlock their authentic voice. She helps tell others’ stories with her unique concepts, lyrics, and melodies. 

Paris’ latest releases include 2024 Latin GRAMMY Best New Artist winner Ela Taubert’s crossover hit collab with Joe Jonas “¿Como Paso?”, an original song in Pixar’s #1 box office phenomenon Inside Out 2, global single “Maan Meri Jaan (Afterlife)” by Nick Jonas x KING, as well as dedicated development work on projects with Maggie Lindemann (10+ cuts including her biggest solo single to date “She Knows It” and viral Chase Atlantic feature “OHMAMI”), and Rebecca Black’s critically acclaimed pop album Rebecca Black Was Here. She has also collaborated with the likes of Chappell Roan, Ruel, Beach Weather, Carly Rae Jepsen, JAWNY, and Alexander23 to name a few.
